BIOGRAPHY
MediMirror is a startup in a pre-funding design phase. The inventor, Katharine Hanlon, is currently advancing designs and prototype development. Katharine’s background is in skin imaging, dermatology, confocal microscopy and medical photography. A patent is pending for the split polarizing technology in with the University of South Florida.
MediMirror was awarded a grant from USF for startup technology to be used for prototyping and marketing campaigns. The Foundation Bull Ring Accelerator Grant (BRAG) Committee was jointly established by the USF Foundation and USF Research Foundation.
Katharine has published work in leading dermatology and imaging journals, spoken at conferences and contributed to many textbooks and academic resources.
